Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or securely on line over the Internet.

We will confirm that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which we ask you to carefully check to ensure it conforms with all your requirements. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Information We will make every effort to deliver your order in the two hour time slot that you have selected and there is normally no charge for this service. Delivery will be to the address shown as 'delivery address' . Due to London parking/delivery problems we would appreciate it if provision could be made for allowing our delivery vehicle short-term access to a delivery point as close as possible to where your food is required.

We will always endeavour to take all the food to the area in which it is required, but we reserve the right to deliver to a level ground floor point close to our delivery access point.

'Half Hour Time Slot' is where your delivery is required more urgently. In this case you can select a 'half hour' time slot. There is a charge for this service (See the relevant section - 'Half Hour Time Slot')

'Rush Order' is where you are forced to give us less than 24 hours notice to prepare and deliver your order. If we are able to provide this service there will be a 'Rush Order' charge. (See the relevant section - 'Rush Order' )

Delivery is free in over 75% of London post-coded areas. If your delivery address falls outside the'free-delivery' area the delivery charge is normally shown. If, however, the area is not recognised (or is 'out of area' we are happy to quote the cost on application.

Ancillary Services Where we have suggested ancillary services from any associated companies we cannot be held responsible for any problems of any description that may arise. We endeavour to ensure that all our associated companies and individuals are competent in their field and indeed we have worked with many of them for a great number of years. However, please ensure that you check for yourselves that they are providing the service you have requested in a totally professional way and always obtain written confirmation from them.

PLANT HIRE (cutlery, crockery, linen, furniture etc)

There is a returnable deposit charge of £100.00

This is returned in full once we have heard from the hire company that there were no losses, breakages or damage to the hired products.

To save any possible problems we would respectfully ask you to kindly note these points

1) Carefully check the delivery and give the driver a note of any shortages or damaged items obtaining a signed note from him confirming these shortages (or damage) …You can also phone us
2) After use, do not store table cloths in plastic bags or leave folded when wet as they are liable to mildew (which the laundry cannot remove) and the charge is a total replacement if returned in this condition.
3) All original boxes, bags etc should NOT be discarded as they are chargeable if not returned.
4) Plates etc should have all food residue removed but can be returned without proper washing at no extra charge
5) Keep all intersections in blue glass transport boxes between the glasses in the same manner as when delivered as breakages can occur when transporting back
6) A check of returned goods is advisable and a signature should be obtained. This can prevent any possible grey areas later.
7) Extra hire days are chargeable @ 25% extra per day
8) Please remember that you are responsible for all hired items from delivery to collection
Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost. Any items found within a month of being notified of losses will be either credited in part or full.
9) Standard Delivery and Collection cost includes delivery Monday-Friday am or pm as specified. Should your delivery or collection fall outside of these terms, an additional charge may be incurred.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.(This cost is included in the price)

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
