From a successful Party Catering business in and around London for over 37 years 'entrees-ontrays.com' has naturally evolved.

Founded in 1969 as private home and marquee caterers…..the rapid increase in e-commerce resulted in 'entrees-ontrays.com' being established over 9 years ago and has changed from a short list of 'specials' to the well known Party Platter List that is so popular with existing and new clients alike.

A totally original and fun way of arranging your function was always our objective and the pleasure of ordering from 'The Party Platter List' is its total simplicity. Either by viewing it on-line at www.entrees-ontrays.com or ordering from a printed version which is sent out request. Many customers comment on the fact that there are NO hidden extras. Delivery in smart Mercedes refrigerated vans are made in a time slot that customers choose to suit themselves.

Vast numbers of both private and corporate clients use 'entrees-ontrays.com' on a regular basis and deliveries are made to hospitals, clubs, theatres, cinemas, West End stores, boats on the Thames and Regents Canal, and to marquees, pubs, embassies, showrooms and galleries. The catering requirement varies tremendously: board room functions, breakfast meetings, major car launches, funeral catering, weddings, Barmitzvahs, Christenings, film location catering - the list is endless.

Use of Modern Technology with a friendly touch is so important retaining a home-made individual product is crucial and the food is all hand-made in our own kitchens using recipes that have been developed specifically for the platters.
However the 'home-made' style is not low-tech. All recipes and menu breakdowns are computerised giving a cost effective control for shopping and continuity and total kitchen control. Customers can email or phone direct to the kitchen where friendly happy staff are delighted to discuss menu requirements and quantities etc reassuring customers who often are inexperienced at party-giving.

A few interesting catering scenarios have included;

A film location breakfast and lunch set up in a South London cemetery for the film crew prompted the retort from a passer by "this is where I'm going to be buried …look how they look after their residents"
